Dearest Gentle Readers, Bridgerton is officially back on our screens this month after almost a year and a half of waiting… rude!
The fourth edition of the popular series, which first aired in 2020, will focus on fan favourite Benedict Bridgerton’s love story.
To make up for the long wait, Netflix have announced that there is a way to watch the first episode of the show early!

What is Bridgerton Season 4 about?
Benedict girlies – the time has finally come. Sharing the announcement to social media in July 2024, Netflix confirmed that Benedict Bridgerton will be the star sibling of Bridgerton season four.
Speaking on the upcoming season, actor Luke Thompson told Netflix, “What’s striking about season four is that it’s the struggle between proper old-school fairytale – the romance of it – and the actual reality of the world, and both are true. You have to hold them both.”
“The scripts that Jess and her team have come up with are dynamite. They’re really, really, really exciting. The storyline is a bit of a twist on Cinderella… It’s really exciting to have that weaved into the world that we know of Bridgerton.”

After the dramatic finale of Bridgerton season three, members of the Ton undoubtedly had many questions.

With an ample amount of cliffhangers to pick up on, we can’t wait to see what happens in Season 4.
How can we watch Bridgerton Season 4 early?
Netflix made an exciting announcement that fans can watch Episode 1 of the new season, two weeks before the show hits the platform.
The official Instagram account posted a video, which stated: You are cordially invited to the Bridgerton premiere masquerade.”
“Join us on January 14th for the Paris premiere of Season 4 and early access to the first episode.”
Unfortunately this is not a paid trip to Paris, instead Netflix host a digital live stream of the event.
This includes red carpet interviews, a special performance, and the premiere of Episode 1.
To be included in this event you must RSVP to the Bridgerton Season 4 premiere masquerade via Tudum by January 13.
What time does the Bridgerton Masquerade Premiere start?
Tudum states that the event commences at 4.30 am AET on January 15.
Not ideal timing but an excuse to catch the sunrise!
When is Bridgerton Season 4 officially out?
Bridgerton Season 4 arrives on Netflix on January 29, 2026, with Part 1, which includes the first four episodes.
Part 2 releases on February 26 with the final four to tie up the series.
