Married At First Sight always features brides and grooms who have been unlucky in love, but Brook Crompton’s story had us shocked.
The 27-year-old model is partnered with tradie and cynic Chris, but we feel a bit doubtful that this bride will find her Prince Charming.
Who is Brook Crompton?
Gold Coast girl Brook is a freelance model who’s modelled for boutique brands like CALEXICO and Sally Phillips.
At 27, the stunning brunette is the youngest MAFS bride but it doesn’t mean she’s a wallflower.
According to multiple sources including The Daily Mail and So Dramatic!, drama is expected to occur between Brook and fellow bride Stella.
“Stella told Brook that she came across as cold and fake, right there in front of everyone,” a witness claimed, though Brook waited to retaliate.
“She didn’t clap back in the moment, but everyone could see her jaw clench,” says an insider. “She waited until the next dinner party and then unleashed.”

Unluckily for Brook, the 27-year-old has been cheated on by almost every guy she has dated.
However, she does admit to being a little jealous and will read a little too much into things in a relationship.
As for her dream man? Brook’s after someone tall and tanned but more importantly someone who is loyal, trustworthy and can make her laugh.
Are Brook and MAFS husband Chris still together?
We have to admit we felt for Brook when she was partnered with Chris.
The groom was pleasantly surprised to see that his bride wasn’t overweight which he deemed a dealbreaker and despite an awkward kiss on the cheek on their wedding, they seemed to bond.
But thankfully, we doubt these two are an item in real life after Brook watched Chris’ audition tape.
Watching his crude comments in his casting video made Brook question how much he respects women and ultimately left her questioning his character.
“I’m f–king appalled,” she shared in the Tuesday night episode.
“Your comments about fake tan, clingy people and fat people… it was f–ked. You’re sitting there and you’re talking to women about women’s bodies, it’s not a comment for you.
“If I saw that at the beginning I wouldn’t have even looked at you or given you a chance.”
