Sorry to anyone who was hoping to date Dr Chris Brown, but the My Reno Rules star has confirmed that he is “really happy” with his girlfriend.
He was been dating Lorraine Monoforte for just under a year, after meeting the pair met at work and became friends first.
“And that’s essentially all it was for quite a period of time,” the qualified vet told Stellar in their April 18 edition.
Lorraine is a former Channel 10 publicist who worked on I’m a celebrity… which Chris co-hosted from 2015 to 2023.
While the pair are fairly low-key, rarely posting about each other on social media, Chris says her understanding of the industry has helped.
“But she gets TV and she gets the media landscape,” he said. “So she understands when the phrase ‘hard launch’ is used, where that’s coming from, so she’s able to laugh at it.”
He added that he found the attention around his love life to be “funny.
Chris first confirmed the romance in August 2025 when he appeared on the radio show Fitzy & Wippa with Kate Ritchie.
When asked if he was dating Lorraine, Chris sarcastically said:
“I do love the fact that you guys are so fixated on my happiness, but also my personal life… Of all the mornings where this story just happens to find its way out.”
Hosts Ryan ‘Fitzy’ Fitzgerald and Michael ‘Wippa’ Wipfli then grilled Chris asking him how long he’s been dating Lorraine and where they shared their first kiss.
The Dancing with the Stars co-host artfully dodged these questions by saying, “You know… time’s irrelevant in love,” and, “Wherever it was…I hope I was looking as good as you do now.”
Wippa then asked, “Graham approves?”
And Chris quipped, “Graham is a hard marker.”
Wippa pressed further, asking, “But we got a thumbs up?”
Chris simply replied, “Yes.”

Lorraine worked as a publicity manager for Channel 10 in Brisbane for a decade.

She was made redundant in 2025, but still lives in Brisbane with her two children from a previous relationship.
“We obviously catch up where we can, but that’s where that’s at,” Chris recently told TV Week.
Chris and Lorraine are yet to make their red carpet debut but they did go Insta official in March when she shared a photo of them at Melbourne’s Grand Prix.
