Enter Mason. The first grandchild of the Kardashian brood and eldest child of Kourtney Kardashian and her now-ex Scott Disick. Whilst the parents of three documented the early years of their parenting on reality TV, Mason, now 15, has retreated from the spotlight in recent years.
Despite this, his name continues to make headlines—most recently, when his mum had to shut down bizarre rumors that he had a child.

In recent weeks, a rumor emerged on Instagram and TikTok that claimed 15-year-old Mason—who is the son of Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick—had a private Instagram account where he told followers he had a one-year-old daughter named Piper. According to the false claims, the mother of the “child” was a girl in his art class.
The gossip spread so widely that even celebrity blogger Perez Hilton weighed in, saying he didn’t think Mason was “taking after Aunt Kylie,” referencing Kylie Jenner, who had her first child at 20.
The noise got so loud that Kourtney addressed the rumors in a statement posted to her Instagram Story, firmly denying them:
“I rarely address rumors or conspiracies regarding myself or my family, but this is about my child, and it feels wrong to let anyone think for a second that these lies are remotely true. They are not. Mason does not have a child. These accounts that pretend to be him are definitely not. They are FAKE.”

She also emphasized that Mason values his privacy and urged media outlets and social media users to stop spreading false information about him.
What does Mason Disick look like now?
The eldest child of Kourtney and Scott has remained largely out of the public eye, not appearing in The Kardashians alongside his siblings, and rarely sharing pictures online. Although he may not be front and centre when it comes to posting about himself, he has popped up in family photos alongside his aunts and cousins.
In December 2023, he appeared in a selfie alongside Kim Kardashian and fans were quick to discuss who the then-13-year-old looked like. Whilst a few pointed out the similarities between him and his father, Scott, many others believe he looks more like his Kardashian side of the family.

But he isn’t the first grandchild to be compared to his late grandfather, with fans previously drawing comparisons between Khloe’s son Tatum and Robert.

Many Kardashian-Jenner fans wondered where Mason was during Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker’s wedding in Italy in May 2022.
While Mason was noticeably absent from much of the wedding footage—including the Hulu special ‘Til Death Do Us Part: Kourtney & Travis—he was still present at the celebrations. He was spotted at a pre-wedding event walking behind his siblings, Reign and Penelope, and his cousin, North West.
Mason has made it clear that he prefers to stay out of the spotlight. In an episode of the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, Kourtney revealed, “He does not like it. He doesn’t want any part of it. He’s not on social media. He doesn’t love it, and I want my kids to be kids. I crave normalcy as much as we can have it.”

Back in 2020, when he was just ten years old, Mason did make headlines after starting an account and promptly sharing an Instagram live video – where he revealed details about Aunt Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott’s relationship.
The account was promptly shut down by his parents. “He started an Instagram yesterday and he didn’t ask us,” Kourtney said during an Instagram Live interview with Poosh at the time. “He has an iPad and a computer for his school.”
“I did delete it, because Scott and I felt like— he’s 10,” she went on. “I think there’s an age limit with Instagram. I think it’s 13.”
A few weeks later Mason jumped on a live stream via TikTok, but again it seems his parents put an end to his vlogging and he was not seen online again until his official Instagram account was created in 2024.
