Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom – who were married for three years from 2010 to 2013, and welcomed Flynn in January 2011 – do not share photos of their son Flynn’s face.

Instead, the friendly exes will only occasionally share a photo of Flynn where his face isn’t visible, or pay tribute to him in other subtle ways.
Most recently, Miranda honoured her son for his 12th birthday, sharing a photo of his artwork to Instagram.
Together with with Miranda’s husband, Snapchat founder Evan Spiegel, and Orlando’s partner, Katy Perry, the foursome are a tight-knit group of co-parents to Flynn.
Miranda also welcomed her sons, Hart and Evan, in 2018 and 2019 respectively, while Katy gave birth to her first child, Daisy Dove, in 2020.
“The kids are my number one love, it’s just the best thing in the world, being a mum,” Miranda said in an interview with Katy on her Instagram page last year.
Katy added: “It’s the best job. It’s the most fulfilling, there was no feeling like the feeling when I had my daughter. That was like all the love I was ever searching for what like ‘Bam.'”
“From day one, Orlando and I really made a commitment to put Flynn’s needs at the forefront of everything that we do,” Miranda further explained during the podcast, Something To Talk About, in May 2023.
“So that’s how he has grown up – with two loving parents that want the best for him.”
“And then obviously, when Evan and Katy [Perry, Bloom’s fiance] came into the picture,” she continued, “we just felt like that offered Flynn even more love. And he really sees that.”
“He sees that in the way that we communicate and in all of the special moments that we have together, celebrating different milestones and when we go on holidays together. And I think it makes him feel safe knowing that we are always going to put his needs first, and also that we naturally all get along so well. It’s pretty special. I feel very lucky.”
During the interview, Miranda also opened up about her relationship with Katy Perry and how they work on creating a healthy family dynamic.
“We’re always kind of working together as that female force to try and do the best thing for our families,” she explained.
“She’s such an incredible mum…I feel very blessed to have that relationship with her. She really is like a sister to me and we’ve kind of connected from day one.”
Miranda also spoke about her bond with Katy on The Drew Barrymore Show in 2020, saying she was “so grateful” Orlando had found her.
“I adore Katy and I just feel so happy that Orlando has found someone that makes his heart so happy, because at the end of the day, for Flynn to have a happy father and a happy mother is just the most important thing,” she told Drew.
“I’m just so grateful that Orlando and Katy found each other and I’m so grateful that I found my incredible husband and just that we all really respect each other.”
She also revealed they try to spend as many milestones – like birthdays – celebrating together.
“When it comes to special occasions, when we have to be together, we work it out so we have compromises [about] what is the best for our whole family,” she added.
“We really do always think of what is the best thing for Flynn, and I just think that’s the most important thing.”
