With Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman as parents, it’s no surprise that 16-year-old Sunday Rose Kidman Urban has started her own career in the spotlight.
She is not taking on music or acting (yet) but instead starting a modelling career, stepping out on the runway at Paris Fashion Week in October 2024.
The model walked in Miu Miu’s Spring/Summer 2025 show joining the likes of Cara Delevingne and Hilary Swank on the catwalk.
And while Sunday Rose was quite the professional when she walked, a lot of people were even more captivated when she talked!
In a video for Vogue, the teen shared her feelings about her first show.
“I’ve been wanting to do this for so long, so when the offer came through, it was really exciting,” she shared, adding that she had done some shopping on her trip to Paris.
Having grown up between the USA and Australia, it’s understandable that her accent would have a bit of a twang. But online viewers cannot agree on whether she sounds like a Nashville native, or an Aussie.
“Her accent! A southern drawl mixed with a twinge of Australian. What a mix,” one user wrote.
While some social media users spoke out against her opening the show, calling her a ‘nepo baby,’ Nicole later told The Hollywood Reporter in December 2024 that Sunday Rose’s modelling career was not one initially endorsed by her famous parents.
“That’s all driven by her. Me going, ‘Oh no, I don’t think so,’ but Miuccia [Prada] just loved her and was like, ‘No, I want her.’ Miuccia is so powerful as a woman, so that was a good match,” she shared.
In 2025, she booked a major fashion campaign with Miu Miu to promote the brand’s Spring/Summer 2025 collection. In a promo image, the teen is seen sitting on a chair carries a large chocolate-brown handbag.
