Love Overboard
As if dating apps weren’t chaotic enough, Love Overboard has taken the drama offshore. Hosted by the hilarious Gabby Windey, the series throws a bunch of singles onto a multi-million dollar yacht in Malta where they have the chance to find love.
But, of course, there’s a catch. Those who fail to make an instant connection with a fellow contestant are sent to work ‘below deck’, waiting on those who did. The only way to escape this fate is to come between an existing couple and steal their connection for yourself. After each week of competition, the hopefuls who didn’t make a connection with their prospective partners are forced to walk the plank—literally—falling out of love and into the Mediterranean Ocean waters below.

Sexy Beasts
Think Beauty and the Beast, but in reality TV form. Sexy Beasts takes the idea of love being blind and puts it to the test by transforming contestants into elaborate creatures using Hollywood-level prosthetics, forcing them to focus instead on personality and emotional connection with their matches.
It’s like Love is Blind for people who can be bothered spending 6 hours in a make-up chair.
The premise, unlike the prosthetics, is simple. One person gets three potential matches to choose from, and cycles through a date with each of them before choosing which one they feel is their perfect match. Then, as you may have guessed, both parties remove their costumes and are hopefully not horribly disappointed by their love interests’ non-beast features.
Hosted by comedian Rob Delaney, the show is equal parts bizarre and addictive, and it’ll have you wondering who on Earth came up with the idea and whether they are okay. You can stream Sexy Beasts now on Netflix Australia.
Naked Attraction
Whatever you do, don’t watch Naked Attraction with one of your relatives.
This wild series throws modesty out the window as one fully-clothed contestant chooses between six potential dates who are behind a screen by asking a series of questions, which sounds innocuous enough, right?
That is, until you realise that with each question, the screen lifts gradually, to reveal their naked body, starting with their feet and then exposing one body part at a time. The fully-clothed participant only gets to see the FACE of their match once they’ve decided who to pick based on their, errrr, other merits.
Yes, it is as crazy as it sounds and you can stream seasons 4-7 on 9Now.
Couple to Throuple
For anyone who thought regular dating shows weren’t complicated enough, Couple to Throuple turns relationships into a full-blown social experiment. Set in a luxurious tropical retreat in Bermuda, the series follows four couples who are curious about exploring polyamory as they live alongside a group of attractive singles, all of whom are experienced in ethical non-monogamy.
At the end of their time in paradise, the couples must decide whether they will commit to life as a throuple, go home as a pair or break up and leave separately.

MILF Manor
