Cyrell Paule is known for making a statement but the former Married At First Sight bride has made a heartwarming dedication of love to partner Eden Dally to mark two years together.
Taking to Instagram on Thursday night, Cyrell shared a sweet photo of herself and Love Island star Eden but hit back at critics who said that their relationship was a publicity stunt.
“They said we wouldn’t make it. They said we wouldn’t last. I’d be the girl u slept with. A fling from the past,” she began her post.
“They said we were a stunt and money we needed so. They said we were so desperate, And our baby was for show. They all made bets. And had their say. On YouTube and on podcasts. But what they didn’t know … or did not expect, was the impossible forecast.
“People were against us. They hoped that we would fail. They didn’t think we’d make it. And they prayed that you would bail. So to the people that laughed and mocked us. To the people that had a lot to say. Guess we’re still together, 2 years to this day.”
Cyrell continued: “No matter what you comes our way I’ll fight by you side. Against all the odds I’ll be Cyclone … The Crazy MAFS bride. I love you Eden, my partner in crime. I’ll love you forever through the test of time.
“Happy two years my baby daddy @dallyeden @bostonejdally let’s practice making another baby.”
“2 years with my partner in crime love this fiery girl who never holds back always speaks her mind and is always there for me I’m lucky to call you my best friend love you @cyrelljimenezpaule,” the Love Island season one star wrote.
The couple met at Cyrell’s MAFS co-star Jules Robinson’s birthday bash in April 2019.
“He’s a cool guy… we’re seeing each other,” Cyrell later confirmed on MAFS’ spinoff show Talking Married.
“He’s one of those guys who’s so attractive that at first I was like, ‘no’, but then you talk, and it grows.”
Just five months after going public with their romance, Cyrell and Eden dropped the huge news that they were expecting a child together – their son Boston Eden Dally who was born in February 2020.
In an exclusive chat with New Idea, Eden admitted that he was completely taken by surprise when Cyrell texted him to inform him of the pregnancy.
“I didn’t know what to feel. I was a bit in shock and took a while to process it. Then we spoke and I said, ‘Whatever you want to do, I’ll support you and be there for the child,'” he said at the time before the excitement kicked in.
Eden also hit back at critics who would claim his and Cyrell’s baby was a publicity stunt.
“They’ll say we got pregnant to stay relevant or to extend our 15 minutes of fame. It’s very stressful and stress can cause bad things to happen,” he explained at the time.
Though the couple briefly separated in October 2019 when Cyrell was pregnant, they reconciled two months later and celebrated New Year’s Eve together.
“You’re the reason why Panadol was invented, and the definition next to migraine. But I love you,” Cyrell wrote in an Instagram post.
“We’re having a baby together and at the end of the day— first and foremost our priority is our son and we always want to be a family,” Cyrell later explained to Daily Mail Australia on the reason for their reconciliation.
“I want our son to be in a happy family… it’s not long now only two months, it’s just flown,” Eden added.
Bring on baby number two!
