July 4 is a different holiday for David and Victoria Beckham — it’s their anniversary.
The Brits married in 1999, and they’re celebrating their 17th anniversary with adorable throwback photos of their big day. They’re also reminding us of their regal, matching ensembles.
David, 41, shared a picture of the bride and groom sitting during their ceremony looking serious. The former Spice Girl’s over-the-top strapless gown by Vera Wang and tiara is a far cry from the more minimalist-chic style Victoria is known for nowadays, but David’s white tux follows suit with his fashion risks.
“Wow 17 years ago to this day this happened,” he captioned the blast from the past snapshot. “I was lucky to meet someone who has the same drive and wanted the same things in life… We have created 4 beautiful children and I couldn’t wish for a more loving and caring mummy for them… Happy anniversary, I love you.”
Victoria, 42, also shared a snap from the big day, showing her smiling as she embraces her new husband.
“I feel so loved and truly blessed,” she wrote on Instagram. “My best friend,my love.The kindest man who inspires me every day. Happy Anniversary to the best husband and daddy in the world!! EVER!”
The couple has four children together – son Brooklyn, 17, Romeo, 13, Cruz, 11, and daughter Harper, 4.
Victoria recently lent a sartorial hand to close pal Eva Longoria, designing the actress’s wedding gown for her recent nuptials.
“@evalongoria the most beautiful bride. I am honored to have created your wedding dress X Thank you for asking me!!! X We love u!” Victoria shared along with the above photo on Instagram.
