Speaking on the bribery and university admissions fraud scandal that has seen dozens of parents arrested in the US – including Huffman – Sheridan could not hold back her disgust.
‘[The system has] been disturbed by the entitlement, the power and money that could take away from less privileged, and that to me is disgraceful,’ she said while appearing on TV show Access.

‘I think there are ways to remedy a system that isn’t working and I think has been broken for a long time, so, I don’t want to get into how to fix it, but it’s troublesome. It’s troublesome because it can change the life path of a child that is deserving still.’
When asked if her former Desperate Housewives co-stars were talking about the drama, Sheridan simply replied, ‘I think everybody should be talking about it. It’s a huge problem.’
Huffman is accused of spending $15,000 to allow her eldest daughter, Sofia, extra time on her college entrance exams.
Felicity was arrested at gunpoint by FBI agents and released on a $250,000 bond.
