Paramount Pictures has dropped a brand new trailer for Dora and the Lost City of Gold!

The live-action movie which is based on the OG Nickelodeon animated series, Dora the Explorer, has on board director James Bobin (Alice Through the Looking Glass) a script by Nicholas Stoller (Forgetting Sarah Marshall) and Matthew Robinson (The Invention of Lying).
For the titular role of Dora, we have actress Isabela Moner!
Isabela Moner stars as the child explorer Dora, joined by Michael Pena, Eva Longoria, Jeffrey Wahlberg, Christopher Kirby, Temuera Morrison, Eugenio Derbez, Madeleine Madden and Pia Miller!
Benicio Del Toro is the voice of her nemesis Swiper, while Danny Trejo will be the voice for beloved Boots!
The full synopsis for Dora and the Lost City of Gold reads:
“Having spent most of her life exploring the jungle with her parents, nothing could prepare Dora (Isabela Moner) for her most dangerous adventure ever – High School. Always the explorer, Dora quickly finds herself leading Boots (her best friend, a monkey), Diego (Jeffrey Wahlberg), a mysterious jungle inhabitant (Eugenio Derbez), and a rag tag group of teens on a live-action adventure to save her parents (Eva Longoria, Michael Peña) and solve the impossible mystery behind a lost city of gold.”
The release date for Dora and the Lost City of Gold is September 12.
