It looks like Bachelor fans finally got their wish— Dr Chris Brown is gearing up to hand out the coveted red rose.

According to a well-placed Network 10 insider, the hunky 41-year-old is “seriously” considering trying his hand at love on the hit reality series.
“Ten is throwing serious, serious figures his way to be the Bachelor this time around,” the source told New Idea, adding it’s “100 per cent solid” that the gorgeous vet is in “serious discussions” to star on the show.
And after last year’s disastrous season which saw Matt Agnew split from Chelsie McLeod just months after the finale aired, Bachie producers believe the TV hosts appearance on the series could help reel in even more viewers.
“Everyone at Ten/Warner believes he would be our highest rating season ever – they have all wanted him for ages,” the source added.
The timing seems perfect considering he reportedly split from The Loop host Liv Phyland in November last year. While the couple never confirmed their romance— seeing as Chris is notoriously private about his personal life— they were first romantically linked in November 2018. They were said to be secretly dating months prior.
While little is known about their relationship, Liv reportedly called time on their romance before he headed off to South Africa to film Channel Ten’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
“Chris had only been gone for like 10 minutes before Liv decided it was all over,” a source told New Idea in 2019.
“He’s absolutely devastated and heartbroken. This is the first time Chris has been dumped in a long time. He is usually the one who ends things, but he really thought Liv was the one.”
