In news that will please both Game of Thrones and Ed Sheeran fans, the British singer/songwriter will make an appearance on season 7 of the hit TV series.
The HBO hit’s creators creators D.B. Weiss and David Benioff revealed they had been after the ‘Shape of You’ singer for a while because actress Maisie Williams is a big fan of the singer, and now they have finally made it happen.
Sheeran isn’t the first musical act to appear on GoT. Former appearances include Coldplay, Mastodon, Of Monsters and Men, and Sigur Rós.
