‘Baby Driver’ actress, Eiza Gonzalez has joined the cast of Universal’s ‘Fast and Furious’ spinoff, ‘Hobbs and Shaw’
Variety reported that including her in the highly anticipated film was a last minute decision. This is due to clashes in filming schedules as the ‘From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series’ actress is also about to start shooting the film ‘Godzilla vs. Kong’.
The spinoff is the first in the ‘Fast and Furious’ franchise which will see Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson’s character go head to head against Jason Statham’s character.
While details surrounding the plot and storyline are limited at this moment in time, it has been reported that Idris Elba will play the film’s main villain.
