Jasmine Yarbrough, Today Show host Karl Stefanovic’s fiancé, has given a candid glimpse into the couple’s life and what it’s like being with one of Australia’s most controversial men.
The 34-year-old fashion designer spoke to Grazia, revealing she doesn’t miss an episode of Today.
“I wake around 7 o’clock on weekdays. I make myself hot water with lemon and put on the Today Show,” she told the publication.
Yarbrough and Stefanovic began dating in December 2016 after meeting at a Sydney boat party, just months after the television personality announced his split from ex-wife Cassandra Thorburn. The pair announced their engagement in February 2016.
In the interview, Yarbrough also touched on how important it is to find quality time with Karl, saying they have regular date nights on Thursdays.
“Thursday nights I like to have date night with my partner,” she said. “The time together in our busy worlds is so important and lovely. It’s vital to reconnect and communicate and most importantly laugh.
“And we laugh, all the time. There’s always a lot going on so finding the humour in life keeps you sane.”
Jasmine adds that the weekends are important for the couple, where they find time to reconnect with friends.
“For me, the time spent with those nearest and dearest is precious. I love my friends and I love giving them my time. I genuinely miss them and try and reconnect as much as I can.”
Yarbrough finishes by revealing she feels ‘blessed’ to have found Karl.
“We are truly blessed to have found each other,” she said.
