One year into their marriage and Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are just as happy as the day they said “I do.”
The couple celebrated their one-year wedding anniversary on Friday, Aug. 5, and they marked the special occasion by spending some quality time together. A source tells WHO Theroux took a break from filming The Leftovers in Australia to be with his wife in Los Angeles.
“Justin flew from Australia to L.A. to spend their anniversary week with Jen,” says the source. “They relaxed at home, had dinner with friends and had a small anniversary celebration at home.”
Aniston, 47, and Theroux, 44, tied the knot at their L.A. home, in a secret backyard wedding ceremony in front of a slew of their A-list friends including Courteney Cox, Ellen DeGeneres, Sandra Bullock and more.
Since getting married, Theroux has traveled to both Austin and Australia to film The Leftovers, while Aniston has spent time filming in Atlanta and L.A.
But despite their hectic schedules, both Theroux and Aniston are dedicated to making time for each other.
“They won’t spend more than a couple of weeks apart,” says the source. “Ever since they first started dating, they have been very supportive of each other’s careers. Before Justin headed to Australia in July [to film The Leftovers] they spent a month together in the Bahamas, New York City and Virginia. When they are off, they enjoy just relaxing together. ”
And most of all, they are fans of each other’s work.
“Jen loves Justin’s show and is excited that he is filming a third season,” adds the source. “She thinks he is a great actor and is very proud of him.”
