And, now, it finally looks like the 56-year-old A-lister is on the right track with partner Jim Curtis.
Offering a rare glimpse into their relationship, Curtis spoke about how the pair met and how long they’ve been together.
How did Jennifer Aniston meet Jim Curtis?
Appearing on The Today Show on January 26 to discuss his practices and new book, The Book of Possibility, Jim Curtis opened up about his relationship with the ultra-private actress.
When asked how he met the Friends star, Curtis replied: “We were just introduced by friends. That’s it. We found out that we had mutual friends and we started to just chat.”
Curtis then added that their love was a slow-burn and the initial conversations didn’t immediately lead to a relationship.
“It took a long time, we chatted for a long time and we became close,” he explained.
How long have Jennifer Aniston and Jim Curtis been dating?
Revealing how long they’ve been together during his chat show appearance, Curtis kept it vague but answered: “A long time, months now, almost close to a year.”
Presenter Melvin then joked: “I’m not gonna put you on the spot anymore because you’re kind of blushing right now,” to which Curtis admitted: “Okay, yeah I sure am.”

In July 2025, Aniston was pictured alongside life coach Jim Curtis on holiday in Mallorca alongside Courtney Cox, Jason Bateman and Amy Schumer, with multiple sources confirming a romance.
While one source told PEOPLE the two were only “casually dating”, another confirmed they’d been “seeing each other for a few months now”.
“They were introduced by a friend and started out as friends. Jen had read his book and was familiar with his work. She’s really into self-help and wellness. They are dating, but it’s still casual,” the latter source continued.
It appears Curtis has already gained the tick of approval from Aniston’s Friends co-stars, with Cox and Lisa Kudrow both following him on Instagram!

Jim Curtis is a life coach, known to his half a million Instagram followers as ‘Hypnotist Jim’.
He blends spiritual and subconscious-delving methods, like hypnotism and manifesting, to guide his clients to the life they want. “My mission is to help you heal and thrive by upgrading your I AM,” reads his Instagram bio.
