Jessica Simpson‘s adorable 5-year-old daughter Maxwell Drew was ready for pool time in a cotton candy-coloured two-piece on Monday.
In a series of shots posted by Simpson to Instagram, Maxwell posed in her swimsuit with a matching pink scooter – and black helmet, because, as the star pointed out, “Safety first.”

Maxwell seems to love spending time in the water: For her fifth birthday, the little cutie celebrated with a mermaid-themed bash.

Simpson shares Maxwell with her husband, Eric Johnson. The couple – who married in 2014 – are also parents to son Ace Knute, 3.
