The allegations appear in an amended $50 million breach-of-contract lawsuit filed by Priscilla Presley’s former business associates, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko.
The revised filing, submitted on Tuesday, December 16 and obtained by the Daily Mail, names Priscilla and her son, Navarone Garibaldi Garcia, as defendants.
Is Riley Keough the biological mother of Travolta’s child?
Among the most sensational claims outlined in the filing is an assertion attributed to third parties that Elvis Presley’s granddaughter, Riley Keough, allegedly donated her eggs to John Travolta and Kelly Preston, resulting in the birth of their son Ben in 2010.
If true (it currently remains unproven), it would make Ben, now 15, the great-grandson of Elvis Presley- and the biological son of Riley.

The statement continued: “Our shared priority remains honoring Lisa Marie’s memory and protecting Elvis’ legacy with dignity. We will not allow outside voices to divide us or to diminish the strength of our bond as a family.”
Why is Michael Lockwood (Lisa Marie’s ex-husband) involved?
During the hearing, the complaint stated that Michael Lockwood approached Brigitte Kruse and told her that John’s wife, Kelly, had been unable to bear her own children, and that the “couple previously used Lisa Marie’s eggs to get pregnant.”
