Get Him to The Greek favourite Jonah Hill has taken time out from his busy Hollywood schedule to enjoy some time with stunning girlfriend Gianna Santos in Mexico’s Cabo San Lucas.
Sporting green hair, the Academy Award-nominated star took in his downtime poolside, but mostly kept to the shade while Gianna took in the semi-tropical rays in a black bikini.
Jonah, 35, had a big 2018, with his directorial debut, Mid90s, earning quite a few critical thumbs ups. It was at a Wall Street Journal event praising the film that Johan first publicly referenced ‘my girlfriend Gianna’, and thanked her for her love and support.
The star got even more personal while on the promotional trail for the project, mentioning how the movie’s subject matter made him appraise his own issues – including his relationship with his body.
‘I became famous in my late teens and then spent most of my young adult life listening to people say that I was fat and gross and unattractive,’ he told Ellen Degeneres.
‘And it’s only in the last four years writing and directing my movie, Mid90s, that I’ve started to understand how much that hurt and got into my head.
‘I really believe everyone has a snapshot of themselves from a time when they were young that they’re ashamed of. For me, it’s that 14-year-old overweight and unattractive kid who felt ugly to the world, who listened to hip-hop and who wanted so badly to be accepted by this community of skaters.’
He’s come a long way since then!
Earning a lot of attention of late for his until-recently blonde locks, the star confesses he wants to diversify into style – with a fashion range in the offing.
‘All I will say is my next endeavour is in clothing,’ the GQ Man of the Year told a magazine event panel.
