No joke, Jordyn Woods just landed her first acting gig

She's back on TV for the right reason.

Jordyn Woods has gone from being quite possibly the most hated person on the internet to a full-blown actress.

Months after she was picked apart by the entire world and blacklisted by the Kardashians following that bizarre cheating scandal, the shamed model (I repeat, model) has landed her first TV gig. Woods, who has absolutely no acting experience, is set to guest-star in an upcoming episode of Black-ish spinoff, Grown-ish

Kylie Jenner’s former bestie announced the news on Instagram writing, “I’ve been waiting to share this with you guys but I am SO excited to guest star on this season of #grownish 🥰 it returns June 5th on @freeform.”

“This was the first role I’ve ever booked and I was nervous at first but I got past that and had the best time. Take risks and stay consistent to your journey, you never know what the world has to offer.”

The 21-year-old is set to play a freshman student named Dee who’s been described as “a sweet soul with a soft-spoken and sincere vulnerability.” According to People, she’ll most likely be sharing her scenes with Trevor Jackson, who plays Aaron, the RA of Hawkins Dorm.

While most of us predicted that the cheating scandal would be the demise of her career, she’s made a pretty decent comeback— thanks to her manager who’s doing great, sweetie. She’s not only gained two million followers on Instagram but according to The Blast, Woods has been “flooded with calls from companies who want to get their brands seen with the star.”

The outlet reported that she’s signed “several new deals” including “a new line for Woods’ designer eyelashes.”

Meanwhile, the Kar-Jenner family is preparing themselves for the upcoming episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians which, as we know, shows Khloe’s side to the story and Kylie Jenner’s reaction to the whole debacle.
