Kanye and Kim Kardashian West are ready to be parents for the third time.
According to a source who spoke with PEOPLE, the couple are “busy getting the house ready for the baby” girl they’re expecting via surrogate.
“They are spending the holidays in L.A. to be close to the surrogate. They will both be at the birth,” says the source, adding, “Kim can’t wait to hold her baby girl … [she] is definitely nervous and anxious about the birth.”
The insider tells PEOPLE Kardashian West, 37, “received lots of gifts for her baby shower” and “bought a few things herself, like clothes, but she isn’t going crazy.”
“You can tell that she is an experienced mum and knows the essentials that the baby will need,” adds the source.
Speaking of Kardashian West’s stunning cherry-blossom-themed baby shower, its generous attendees were given a very important responsibility.
“All guests wrote down their favourite names for the baby,” the insider tells PEOPLE, adding of the spouses’ 4½-year-old daughter, “Kim and Kanye are letting North help with naming the baby.”
“Kim isn’t sharing the name,” continues the source. “She was very secretive about the names before North and [son Saint, 2] were born, too.”
Whatever the baby girl’s name will be, it’s highly probable she will make an adorable appearance for the first time in the KarJenner family’s annual Christmas card next year.
During the first 18 days of the 25-day 2017 countdown reveal, her big-siblings-to-be have already been featured on days 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 13, 15, 16 and 18.
