After Kylie Jenner dethroned Kim Kardashian as their mother Kris’ favourite daughter, the KKW Beauty founder says she’s been getting 10% more love from her sister Khloe.

Speaking to Lisa Wilkinson during Sunday evening’s episode of The Project, the Australian journalist asked who the mum-of-four is closest to, with Kim carefully replying: “I don’t know if it’s a favourite. I love each sister for a different reason but as far as closeness, me and Khloe are really close right now.”
Kanye West’s wife said after Khloe gave birth to her first child, True Thompson, their relationship strengthened, with Kim becoming the new mum’s go-to for parenting advice.
“I think this year has been a really strong Kim and Khloé year. I’m obviously so close with Kendall and Kylie too but I’ve spent so much more time on this earth with Kourtney and Khloe,” the Skims founder also told Vogue Arabia in September 2019.
Kim’s choice shouldn’t come as a surprise to most considering she’s been very vocal about her strained relationship with Kourtney— which we have seen go from bad to worse on this season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
During somewhat of an awkward interview on The Real, Kim, Kourt and Khloe were faced with a question about why they constantly bicker, with Kourtney— who just quit their long-running series— admitting things have been tricky as of late.
“It’s up and down a lot,” she said of their connection before the journalist asked why both Khloe and Kim were death staring the Poosh Founder. “Because they gang up on me all day,” she angrily added before Kim interjected, admitting: “Welcome to my life. That’s what you did to me my whole life until two years ago.”
Her honest response comes two months after a source close to the Kar-Jenner clan claimed tension between Kim and Kourtney consistently continues when the cameras stop rolling, with rumours swirling the pair “can’t stand to be in the same room as each other”.
“Kourtney has hated Kim for a couple of years now. She thinks she’s vapid and mean,” a well-placed insider told Radar Online.
“Their egos have clashed big time and when the cameras aren’t on, they don’t speak. There are hints of their feud, of course, but the reality is they genuinely can’t stand each other.
“Kourtney has much better things to do with her time thank kiss up to Kim,” the source continued, adding Kim believes Kourtney “would be nobody without her”.
As we know, tension reached boiling point during a recent episode of KUWTK, with the pair butting heads over their daughters’ joint birthday bash.
The blow-up began when Kourtney expressed her desire to exclude all junk food from the Candyland themed party, which Kim thought was utterly ridiculous.
“She has this vision of no sugar or no disgusting chemicals in candy. It’s like a completely sugar-free, gluten-free, party-free, fun-free zone because Kourtney has decided that it just doesn’t make sense,” Kim said during a confessional.
Their fight reached fever pitch when Kourt mentioned the theme wasn’t on-brand for her.
“My brand is not unhealthy,” Kourtney said before Kim savagely replied: “This is about a kids’ party. This is not about your brand….Then why does your car have leather seats? Why are you wearing plastic glasses?”
“I just don’t understand why Kim isn’t trying to compromise at all and she doesn’t feel guilty about giving not only her kids and my kids, but all these kids coming to the party so much junk and candy. It’s such a dated vibe to be like that,” the mum to Reign, Penelope and Mason concluded.
