Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are about to welcome their fourth child, with their surrogate going in labour today!
Kim’s sister Kourtney Kardashian broke the news to the world (and to momager Kris Jenner) during an episode of The Ellen Show!
“My mum doesn’t even know this but Kim’s surrogate went into labour, so she’s at the hospital,” the mum of four said.

An excited Kris replied, “What are we doing here? Fire up the car!”
Host Ellen Degeneres confirmed she knew that the Wests were about to welcome their son, telling Kris: “So, we had to keep this quiet but yes that’s why she’s not here. Because the surrogate went into labour, she’s there.”
The news broke in January this year that Kim and Kanye were due to welcome a fourth child, a son, via surrogate. Their third born, daughter Chicago, was also born via surrogate.
