And while many of her NSFW snaps have been met with backlash, the Skims creator turned makeup mogul works damn hard for her body. And, honestly, if I had that level of confidence, a personal trainer and a chef creating every meal from scratch, I’d be showing off my ample assets, too!
In spite of this, you might’ve noticed that in recent months, the KKW Beauty founder has scaled back on her nude snaps.
And for a very good reason.
“I don’t know if it’s the fact that my husband has voiced that sometimes too sexy is just overkill and he’s not comfortable with that. I listen to him and understand him.
“Still, at the end of the day, he always gives me the freedom to be and do what I want. But I have kind of had this awakening myself,” she said in an interview with The Cut in November 2019.
“I realised I could not even scroll through Instagram in front of my kids without full nudity coming up on my feed pretty much all the time,” Kim said.
The KUWTK reality star also said she fears her raunchy posts could have an adverse effect on the work she’s doing for criminal justice reform.
“I also did think, like, ‘okay, I’m here in the White House and then the next day I was posting, like, a crazy bikini selfie’. And I was thinking, ‘I hope they don’t see this’. I have to go back there next week,” she added.
