Lamar Odom has responded to Khloé Kardashian’s divorce filing.
According to court documents obtained by WHO, Odom, 36, responded to Kardashian’s May filing, agreeing with the reality star who cited “irreconcilable differences” for the cause of their divorce.
Odom has also requested that the judge deny spousal support to Kardashian, 32.
The pair first filed for divorce in 2013, but the Keeping up with the Kardashians star called off the divorce in October of last year after Odom suffered an overdose.
“This is a very delicate and difficult time for both Lamar and Khloé, and the most sensible thing to do at such a time is not make any big moves and put everything on hold,” a source told WHO at the time. “So that’s what she is doing.”
However, in May of this year, Kardashian filed for divorce a second time, at which time another source told WHO that she “needs to move on with her life.”
“This was always the plan. The divorce has never been officially off,” the source added. “The divorce has never been officially off. Khloé was waiting for the timing to be right.”
