Rumours have been rife that The Bachelor star Locky Gilbert has proposed to his girlfriend Irena Srbinovska since she won his heart in the season finale. But despite the pair consistently shutting down speculation, it appears as though Locky may have secretly bent the knee.

The smitten couple are currently enjoying a romantic getaway to Rottnest Island where they’ve been snapping selfies with wildlife and taking in the picturesque ocean views.
On Monday, the tour guide took to Instagram to share a shot from their trip.
“When on Rotto, one must get a quokka selfie #quokkaselfie,” he captioned it.
Network 10 Perth were quick to regram the cute pic, with Rottnest Island Tourism seemingly letting the cat out of the bag in the comments section.
“Congratulations on your engagement! That’s one ‘Locky’ quokka,” they wrote.
While Locky and Irena are yet to confirm the news, the 31-year-old nurse followed up with a picture of them passionately locking lips.
“One very lucky girl 🥰 @locklangilbert #rottnestisland ☀️”
Many of her 115k followers flooded the post with their well-wishes.
“So happy for you 💕” one weighed in. “One extremely lucky Locky,” another added.
“You are beautiful together, and blessed to find each other. So enjoying your beautiful love story ❤️❤️”
This comes after Irena was spotted wearing a giant sparkler on *that* finger while in hotel quarantine in Perth where the lovebirds have just relocated. It was gifted to the brunette beauty by Locky in the show’s finale episode and features a pear-shaped purple Tanzanite flanked by two marquise-shaped diamonds.
The jewellery is estimated to be worth around $30,000.
Melbourne-based Irena made the decision to move to Locky’s hometown just a few weeks ago.
“If Irena doesn’t like it and misses Melbourne I’ll be happy to head to Melbourne after COVID’s gone and try it there. But she’s going to fall in love with Perth, everyone that moves there ends up staying,” Locky explained ahead of the move.
Irena added: “I’ve got a few friends over there already so that makes it easier and I’ve found work. I think it will be a real easy and smooth transition.”
