When bad boy Adam Farrugia crossed paths with good girl Cartier Surjan on the second season of Love Island, they became the unlikely couple we couldn’t help but root for.

As is the case with many reality TV relationships, the pair couldn’t make it work but it appears that Adam has settled down with his new girlfriend, Renee Ashley.
Taking to Instagram, the tattooed plasterer, 28, shared two photos from a recent romantic getaway to Loch Ard Gorge in Victoria’s Port Campbell, featuring himself and Renee.
“Yesterday was fun,” he wrote alongside a love heart emoji. “Flying back home today… not so fun.”
Adam’s fans and followers shared their thoughts in the comments section.
“Cuties,” wrote Adam’s former Love Island co-star Phoebe Thompson.
“What a breathtaking view. Two beautiful people to top it off,” remarked one.
“Good spot for baby making,” a cheeky fan noted.
Renee also replied to the photos writing: “Goodbyes suck.”
Prior to finding love with Renee, Adam famously dated Cartier Surjan during his time on the reality dating show.
However things came to an end when the two drifted apart and Cartier chose to re-couple with Matthew Zukowski, whom she went on to achieve second place with.
“As bad as it would sound, it was a good thing,” Adam told Now To Love shortly after his elimination.
“I felt I was happy. I was happy that she [Cartier] had an opportunity in there to make a more of a connection with Matt before the end.”
“We were really good together but you know, as time goes on sometimes things change.”
Adam was also romantically linked to Elly Miles before her days as The Bachelorette.
The two were spotted looking close at The Iconic Summer Show 2019 at The Calile Hotel in Brisbane shortly after Love Island wrapped filming.
Not only did the reality TV stars walk the red carpet together, but both shared several Instagram snaps from the fun event as well.
