Former Love Island Australia star Justin Lacko is going to be a dad!

The TV personality— who also starred in I’m A Celeb… Get Me Out Of Here!— announced on Instagram that he and his girlfriend Anita Barone are expecting their first child together! 

“LIFE! I can’t believe this is happening but it’s the best news to hear and I am very excited to share with you all that I’m going to be a daddy,” he wrote alongside an image of the ultrasound and a selfie of the couple.

Here’s to celebrating my last year of my twenties and becoming a daddy in 2020.”

The unexpected news was met with a flurry of congratulatory messages, with many of the model’s on-screen co-stars wishing the couple well. 

“Yayyyyy you’re going to be an amazing dad! What a lucky little bub!” wrote Love Island’s Millie Fuller, while Tayla Damir added: Yay finally! Secrets kill me 😂 so happy for you boo! You are going to be such an amazing dad ❤😍 can’t wait to spoil the little munchkin”

“Congrats! So incredible!!❤” wrote The Bold and The Beautiful’s Katherine Kelly Land, who also appeared on Justin’s season of I’m a Celeb.

After sparking romance rumours with Anita in May, Justin— who’s steered clear of the spotlight after exiting the jungle— confirmed he was off the market one month later, sharing a photo of the couple kissing with the caption: “I can’t stop falling in love with you.”  

Moments later, he uploaded another snap with his girlfriend, writing: “Love, I hope you find it and feel it and hold onto it forever and ever.”
