The Once Upon a Time in Hollywood actress, who turns 31 on July 2, recently put her four-bedroom home in the trendy suburb up for sale for $4.46 million – with the hope of making a profit on the $3.9 million she and husband Tom Ackerley, 31, paid for it back in 2017.

A flawless front lawn leads up to the entryway complete with bay windows on either side.

Inside, a modern marble kitchen matches the Carrara stone fireplace in the living room, where a curved navy couch and swing provide lots of sitting spots to curl up with a good book.

The bright master bedroom opens to an outdoor balcony overlooking the pool. And the outdoor area also boasts a cabana and bar – perfect for entertaining guests in sunny Los Angeles.

Meanwhile, features like the boutique wine cellar, private pet room built with a separate entry door and CCTV controlled by iDevices will make this a luxury-living experience for the new owners!
