She’s known for her stint on Neighbours and being one of Hollywood’s brightest stars but it seems like Margot Robbie is a reality TV fan just like us!
To celebrate her recent 31st birthday, the blonde beauty, who is currently based in the US, had a Love Island themed birthday party with her equally stunning friends.
Dressed in bright bikinis and heels, the friends posed for photos that were shared on actress and model Kelly Gale’s Instagram account.
In the Insta Story, the geotag was at Casa Amor – the secondary villa on the UK franchise of the show.
In more snaps shared to Kelly’s Instagram, the group of friends drank cocktails, frolicked in the pool and even rode a mechanical bull.
Fellow Aussie and ex Home and Away star Samara Weaving was also in attendance.
“Got a text!” she captioned a photo on her own profile of the group.
Margot revealed her love of all things Love Island in a recent interview with British Vogue.
“If I went to university, I’d write a thesis about the male ego on Love Island,” she half-joked to the publication.
“I’m really interested in the whole alpha male dynamic, and I’m going to sound like an absolute lunatic right now, but it’s like Deliverance, that pack mentality. And you can see it whether you’re watching a pack of lions or Love Island or a Scorsese gangster film.”
These days, however, Margot simply can’t fit reality TV watching into her busy schedule.
“No, back in the day, I didn’t have any money, but I had time. And now I’ve got money but no time.”

In the same interview, the I, Tonya star admitted she finds it hard to sleep at night as her mind often fills with “scenarios” and “worries.”
“I lie there and try and figure out what to do about climate change, and then remember that thing I said seven years ago that came out wrong, and what’s on my to-do list for tomorrow…,” she mused, adding that she’s considering “slowing down.”
“I don’t know if it’s because I’m in my thirties now, or because life took… a very strange turn. Over Covid, I was home for longer than I’ve ever stayed anywhere. I’ve been moving at a million miles an hour for as long as I can remember,” the actress, who married Tom Ackerley in 2016, explained.
“It can feel a little scary sometimes. But now I finally feel like it’s OK to… sit still? Or even sit this one out. That’s a feeling I haven’t had before.”
