On Sunday Night’s episode of Married At First Sight Dan Webb and Jessika Power revealed they’ve struck up a relationship behind the backs of their partners Tamara and Mick.
While this was shocking news for everyone else to hear, Martha Kalifatidis admits she was aware of the developing flirtation between the two villains.
An angry Mick asks Martha if she was aware of Jessika’s new fling.
And without any hesitation, Martha announces: “I did know yeah.”
Much to the group’s surprise, her husband Michael chimes in and admits: “I did, too.”
“Look obviously Martha found out through Jess and out of respect for the situation I felt that they needed to deal with t themselves,” he continued.
At this point, Mick is getting visibly upset, but Martha will NOT let her hubby be targeted in this heated conversation.
“Babe you don’t have to [explain], its no-one else’s business.”
To which Mick says: “You’ve got nothing to do with it. It’s bloody old mate here who has wasted two months of my life because she’s not here for the right reasons.”
His remark immediately triggers a defensive Martha. “Mick you signed up to do this mate, you knew what it was going to be, how much time it was going to be you knew when you did it.”
Fair point. However, Mick reveals: “I didn’t realise it was going to be a complete waste of my time Martha.”
“Well, it’s the risk that you take when you sign up to do it. Stop saying it’s a waste of your time,” the make-up artist shoots back.
At this point, Mick can’t take it anymore and he yells: “Don’t stick up for her – do not defend her at all.”
