If you’re wondering whether Jessika Power’s relationship with Nick Furphy is the real deal, the information I’m about to bring you may confirm your suspicions.
New paparazzi snaps obtained by the Daily Mail have emerged showing the controversial Married At First Sight star pretending— I repeat, PRETENDING— to be pregnant while enjoying a “romantic date” with Nick at Melbourne’s Luna Park.

After a huge meal, Jess— who was pictured tucking into a corn dog before chowing down some fairy floss— stopped for a staged photoshoot where she invited Nick to kiss and touch her imaginary baby bump. Jess was later seen cradling her stomach as Nick looked adoringly at her food baby.
Their weak and borderline desperate attempt to convince us they’re expecting their first child together comes days after Nick’s former MAFS co-star Telv Williams claimed their relationship is one big publicity stunt.
“I think it’s a publicity stunt… straight out,” the controversial star said.
As expected, the administration officer hit back, refuting Telv’s claims.
“I am sick of defending myself over Telv and his lies. I really wish he would just leave me alone and let me live my life. I’m very happy with Nick, he’s a great person and someone I can see myself settling for. His “friends” should be happy for him.”
Although Telv, and the rest of Australia, are convinced they’re faking their romance, Married At First Sight’s resident relationship expert Melissa Schilling said she picked it from the start.
After Jessika uploaded a photo to Instagram from their romantic date night, Nick commented: “I went on the wrong season hey @melschilling1.”
This was my plan all along,” Mel cheekily responded, adding a winkey face emoji.
“I knew it,” Jessika responded.
Nick then replied to Mel, writing: “That’s why you’re the expert.”

Earlier this month, Jessika confirmed her new love interest, telling the Daily Mail that while their romance is still new, they’re happy to be spending time in each other’s company.
“Nick and I can confirm we have started to see each other,” the controversial Australian star told the outlet. “At the moment it’s very new for both of us.”
“We’re actually in a relationship,” said Nick who was ‘married’ to Sharon Marsh on season four of the reality series. “It’s only been a few days [but we’ve] been talking for a few weeks.”
Since then, Jessika has done little to convince fans that their relationship is legitimate, having recently met up with her ex-boyfriend Dan Webb. Despite their bitter breakup and awkward on-screen spat following the show’s finale, the controversial stars’ were snapped laughing and smiling together as they spent “an hour engaging in very friendly conversation”, with an onlooker telling the Daily Mail that their meeting was “intimate”.

“They were definitely friendly, there was no arguing or anything,'” the insider said. “‘Jessika was giggling like a schoolgirl with a crush and it was pretty clear she still has a soft spot for Dan, despite everything she’s said about him in the past.”
Last week, Jess made headlines after Cyrell Paule launched a bitter attack on her MAFS arch-nemesis, screenshotting an article about in which Jess revealed that the reality show had been ‘faked’ by Channel Nine.
“Once a liar always a liar! Stand up and take responsibility for ur f****d up actions!!” Cyclone Cyrell captioned the screenshot. The hot-headed star also covered Jess’ face with the vomit emoji and rather crudely pasted an eggplant icon over a gif of Jess’ face.
After her post garnered a lot of attention, she further explained herself.
“So I put up a post calling Jess out as a liar,” she began. “Unlike Jess, I’m not actually calling her names I’m calling her for what she is, I still think she’s genuinely a liar. No one in the show put a gun to your head and said ‘you need to go crack on to Nick’. The girl just can’t stop speaking about me, so god forbid the one article that I decide to comment on I’m called a bully”.
Not one to remain quiet, Jessika soon chipped in with her own thoughts about Cyrell’s latest outburst in a lengthy video.
“I know I said in my Maxim interview that the show is not real, it is reality TV, meaning that situations you are put in on that show are not real life. They wouldn’t happen in real life,” she began.
“I’m not saying that they are not real, I’m not lying. In no way, shape or form am I saying my actions on the show were right, they were completely unethical. Putting emojis and writing horrible things all over a picture of me, it’s really just a show of your character.”
She continued: “I really feel like as much as you think you’re perfect, and you think that me, Martha, Ines, that have all done things that we’ve done, are not perfect. You’ve got some major self-growth to do, and I really hope you do it.”
