Who should still be here: “I’d bring back Trent if I could. I’ve seen the things he did behind the scenes, the way his mind ticks when it comes to food.”
Who I’d swap out: “This is a brutal question. I think Elise. I just think … I learnt so much from Trent. His elimination was luck of the draw.”

My biggest competition: “I think it’s Elena. She is a very, very clever cook. She thinks about everything. She’s clued on and has a very good understanding of food.”
Who should still be here: “I wish Karmen had made it further. She was a really good cook, and I think she just had a bad day. She knew a lot about food … a lot about everything, really.”
Who I’d swap out: “Elena. Purely for strategy!”

My biggest competition: “Every person in the final 4 poses a different threat. It depends on the challenge. Elise is so incredibly comfortable with desserts and pastries. Harry has a similar background as I do with seafood. And Matt is so knowledgeable in a lot of areas … can build up those flavour bases in savoury foods.”
Who should still be here: “I got along with Karmen. She had the most time and patience teaching dessert and pastry skills to most of the people in the house. It would have been lovely to have her here with me.”
Who I’d swap out: “Harry. Because he, Karmen and myself all hung out together. So he’d understand!”

Who should still be here: “It would have to be Mimi. She can do sweet and savoury, and she’s a really great person who just gets in there and does the job.”
Who I’d swap out: “Not many people will like this, but Matt. Only because he’s not very strong with the sweets.”
