As Miley Cyrus’ relationship with Cody Simpson heats up, she’s let her fans (and her mum) know she’s no longer into girls! Taking to Instagram last night, the “Slide Away” singer shared a photo of her new boyfriend nursing her back to health as she recovers from tonsillitis.

“The DR. is back… luckiest,” she captioned the picture showing Cody playing the guitar in bed. In the background of the snap was a Banksy inspired artwork featuring a Star Wars stormtrooper holding a banana with the text, “Mom I’m gay”.
Seemingly referencing the painting, Miley then wrote: “BTW mom… there’s been a change of plans.”
While we can’t say for sure, it looks as though the pop sensation— who came out as pansexual in 2015—was taking a subtle swipe at her ex-girlfriend Kaitlynn Carter, seeing as she admitted she’s no longer gay.
As we know, days after announcing her split from Liam Hemsworth, the singer moved on with the reality TV star and was spotted packing on the PDA for a little over a month. Kaitlynn even moved into Miley’s home!
Although they’re said to have ended things on good terms and she’s not bothered by Miley’s new romance with Cody, perhaps the “Wrecking Ball” songstress is upset that Kaitlynn expressed concern for her health… hence the sly dig.
An insider recently told TMZ that The Hills: New Beginnings star fears Miley is spiralling out of control and is urging the singer’s friends to rally around her during this tumultuous period.
“Kaitlynn has expressed concern over Miley’s behaviour to her friends,” the source dished. “She’s worried about her well-being.”
As for how Liam feels about the whole ordeal, sources claim the Hunger Game actor hasn’t given it a second thought and is instead trying to move on with his life.
“He really doesn’t care anymore,” the source told Radar Online about Miley’s new relationship with the 22-year-old singer. “She’s free to do what she likes; Liam is done with her.”
“I don’t know if this is her way of trying to get back at him, but he made his decision.”
In spite of this, Liam is said to have lost respect for Miley after she flaunted her romance with Kaitlynn so soon after the couple of 10 years parted ways. And honestly, we don’t blame him!
“That is not something you do when you care about a person, let alone your husband who you are legally married to,” the source dished.
