My Kitchen Rules star Sarah ‘Tully’ Vella, 30, and her husband Kurt welcomed their first child, daughter Margot Jo Vella, on June 30.
The Brisbane nurse took to Instagram to share a snap of the happy family after giving birth to their firstborn.
Daughter Margot Jo Vella, arrived early but healthy, Vella Tells WHO.
As for her name, Vella explains, “Kurt chose the name Margot because he thinks it’s a pretty name and he knows some good Margots. We chose the ‘Jo’ for her middle name because that was my mum’s shortened name. She passed away when I was 11 and would have been a very groovy grandmother.”
The star also took to her joint Instagram account with fellow MKR contestant Della to announce the happy news.
“A sweet little chick pea was born on Friday night and Mum and Dad are very proud and high on love drugs 😍 More photos to come soon… xx#tullyhadthebaby #holydooley,” she captioned a snap of her newborn’s fingers entwined in hers.
Vella competed on this season of My Kitchen Rules with her best mate, construction lawyer Della Whearty.
