Yep, your favourite Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Inductees are back and they’re ready to crank the volume at six Australian cities this year. Foo Fighters are returning with their Take Cover tour, ready to reign over Australian and New Zealand shores in November.
The iconic US rock band confirmed the news of their massive stadium tour on Instagram after teasing the possibility at their one-night-only Tassie gig on January 24 this year. They also recently teamed up with Gossip Girl star Jenny Momsen at the MusiCares Person of the Year gala on January 30. Safe to say, they’ve been busy.
The band released the track “Asking For A Friend” and have teased other snippets of their 12th studio album.
ANZ fans have flooded to social media to express their excitement for the tour, proving just how much of an impact they’re ready to make this year.
The band asked if we wanted more…and the answer was a very definitive YES.

Foo Fighters last toured Australia in November and December 2023, performing at sold-out shows across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide.
While their 2023 tour saw them celebrating their 11th studio album, But Here We Are, the US rock band were eager to return to Australia sooner rather than later.
Luckily for us, they stayed true to their word.
