Listen up music fans, the Grammys are coming. And soon!
Celebrating the best of music in 2025, the 2026 Grammys will see stars including Kendrick Lamar, Lady Gaga and Sabrina Carpenter have their moment.
So, if you’re keen to watch right here in Australia, we have all the details.
When are the 2026 Grammys?
Held at Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena, the stars will walk the red carpet and watch the awards in real time on Sunday, February 1.
But for us in Australia, we will tune in on Monday, February 2, from 12 pm (AEDT).
Anyone else going to be working from home that day?
Where can I watch the 2026 Grammys in Australia?
The ceremony will stream live on Stan for us Australians.
This is the second year Stan has exclusively broadcasted the music awards show after acquiring the rights in late 2024.
Who is hosting the 2026 Grammys?
Trevor Noah is officially back as host of the the Grammys this year – and yes, it’s his final time behind the mic.
Hosting the Grammys is a famously cursed gig, but Noah somehow cracked the code. Since taking over in 2021, he’s managed to roast the room without turning it hostile. It will be his final time hosting the awards show.
Which Australians are nominated at the 2026 Grammys?
Some of the world’s biggest stars will be in attendance at the Grammys and we have some musicians flying the flag for Australia, too.
Amyl and the Sniffers are nominated for Best Rock Performance for U Should Not Be Doing That.
Tame Impala are up for Best Dance/Electronic Recording for End Of Summer and RÜFÜS DU SOL are nominated for the best Dance/Electronic album.
However leading the nominations for 2026 is Kendrick Lamar with nine possible wins.
Just behind him are Lady Gaga, along with producers Jack Antonoff and Cirkut, with seven nominations each, whilst Sabrina Carpenter, Leon Thomas, mixing engineer Serban Ghenea and Bad Bunny (who is performing the Super Bowl halftime show a week after the Grammys) have six each.
However despite the release of her album The Life Of A Showgirl, we may not see Taylor Swift at this year’s awards.
Since her latest album was released on October 3 2025, and projects needed to have been released between August 31 2024 to August 30 2025, Taylor is not eligible this year.
