My Kitchen Rules is back with a bang in 2022 and is promising more highs and lows than ever before – but only one team can win, and there are plenty of eliminations to get through before they’re crowned.

“It’s been put on a shelf for the last couple of years, so getting a comeback and going again was brilliant,” judge Manu Fieldel told TV WEEK of the show.
“To be honest, it was nice to have a break and start fresh again. When you do something for a long time, it can become a bit repetitive. We needed a break to reaffirm the concept.”
Some teams will be culled for making shocking mistakes in the kitchen, others will fall to the bottom of the leader board simply because the rest of the competitors are too good to beat.
Fans will have to farewell plenty of their favourites from the show as we eagerly wait to see who will take home the prize this year – so who has been eliminated so far?

The engaged pair were eliminated from the competition after failing to impress judges Manu and Nigella, then bashing the other teams’ dishes in a bid to make it off the bottom of the leader board. The plan didn’t work out and they were cut from the comp.
