Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have finally reached a settlement and concluded their divorce.
On Tuesday, 6 January, the Aussie actress and the country music star entered into an agreement filed in court.

Court documents obtained by Page Six on October 1, 2025, show that Nicole cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason why she and Keith are separating.
The news that Nicole and Keith had separated was first reported by TMZ, the morning of September 30, 2025 (AEST).
Multiple sources told TMZ that Nicole and Keith have been living apart “since the beginning of summer.”
A source told the publication, “Nicole’s sister [Antonia] has been a rock and the entire Kidman family has come together.”
“She didn’t want this,” the source added.
“She has been fighting to save the marriage.”

According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Nicole and Keith, both 58, have agreed to waive all child and spousal support rights.
Each person is also responsible for their own legal fees and expenses.
According to the parenting plan for their children, Faith, 15, and Sunday, 17, both parents are required to “behave with each other and each child so as to provide a loving, stable, consistent and nurturing relationship with the child even though they are divorced.”
“They will not speak badly of each other or the members of the family of the other parent,” the agreement states. “They will encourage each child to continue to love the other parent and be comfortable in both families.”
In previous documents obtained by TMZ, it was also revealed that Nicole was seeking to be the “primary residential parent” of her and Keith’s two daughters.
The courts granted Nicole’s request and her home will be Faith and Sunday’s primary residence as she has them for 306 days out of the year.
Keith was granted 59 days out of the year and their daughters are allowed to spend every other weekend, from 10 a.m. on Saturday morning to 6 p.m. on Sunday evening, with him.
Both parents have joint responsibility for major decisions regarding their daughters’ lives.
