“I have old man hearing aids, the ones that go over the back of your ear and I say ‘Who? What? Hang on,’ and then I have to turn them up,” he said during an interview with Brisbane’s Hit105.

The 43-year-old was asked whether he wears hearing aids when filming The Bachelor.

He answered: “No because when I’m on The Bachelor, I have an ear piece so I can hear everybody.”

“So you just can’t hear the girls when they’re talking to you?” asked radio co-host Abby.

Osher also opened up about living with an anxiety disorder earlier in the year.

In a heartfelt essay for HuffPost Australia, he wrote: “I still live with an anxiety disorder that is exacerbated by a new OCD diagnosis, and I have to take medication every day to keep healthy.

“It’s still a balance of benefits and side effects, but this is the brain that I was born with…

“I’m telling you all of this because often when people think of mental illness they picture that homeless man on the beach. They don’t think of me in a nice tailored suit counting roses and playing cupid on television.”
