We’re pretty sure Priyanka Chopra is pregnant!
This morning, the Indian actress posted a photo showing her pop star husband Nick Jonas, 26, looking down and touching her belly. While some might brush it off as a candid shot, the caption all but confirms the 36-year-old is expecting her first child with the Los Angeles based singer.
“It’s in the air,” the Hollywood star— who recently appeared in the hit flick, Isn’t It Romantic— captioned the post, adding a love heart emoji at the end.
As expected, thousands of comments flooded in asking the Bollywood star to confirm their suspicions.
“Am I the only one thinking she’s pregnant?” one user queried. “I bet she’s pregnant,” another added. “She’s definitely expecting.”
“Why do I get the vibe she’s pregnant?”
This isn’t the first time she’s teased she’s pregnant. Earlier this year the brunette beauty posted a gorgeous photo of the couple at the Met Gala in 2017 with the caption.
“The story I’ll definitely tell our future kids… How I met your father.”
The former Miss World— who’s close friends with Royal couple, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry— told PEOPLE last year that she hopes to start a family with her celeb hubby sooner rather than later.
“I am a very live in the today, maximum live in the next two months kind of person,” she began. “But [in] 10 years, I definitely want to have kids. That is, it’s going to happen in the next 10 years. Well, hopefully earlier than that. I’m very fond of children and I want to be able to do that.”
“We’re both very driven, we love our work, we’re married to our work, and we’re both very supportive of each other’s work. So I’m sure it will happen in an organic way,” she added.
The happy couple tied the knot in Jodhpur in December of last year in a multi-day ceremony followed by a second reception two weeks later in Mumbai. They got married in a Western ceremony on the lawn of the Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, in front of 225 guests. Priyanka, who wore a hand-beaded and embroidered Ralph Lauren gown with a stunning 75-foot long veil, was escorted down the aisle by her mother (her father Ashok died of cancer in 2013). The following day, the two exchanged vows again in a lavish Hindu wedding and concluded the weekend with a Bidaai, a bridal ritual in which Chopra’s family blessed her new life with Jonas.
“I love that our wedding was a religious mash-up,” the Quantico star told PEOPLE. “We took beautiful traditions that we both grew up with and personalized them in a way that made sense for us. It’s been incredible to find the commonalities between our beliefs and figuring out how to blend them in a respectful and meaningful way.”
