As a wise man (Osher Gunsberg) once said: “Everyone is there for a second chance at love.” And Brooke Blurton is no exception.
With Sportsbet taking bets on who Brooke will end up with in the show’s finale episode, we can’t help but wonder if the Perth local will find love this time.
We’ve no doubt that Brooke will find someone special on the show. So let’s take a look at the possibilities.
Nathan Favro
Odds: 8.00
Nathan Favro just doesn’t seem Brooke’s type. There, we said it. And our reasoning for him not being the guy she walks out with doesn’t get much deeper than that. Also, with Nathan as the Sportsbet odds-on favourite to win Cass’s heart on the show, we just don’t see there being a relationship with him and Brooke if that’s going to work. We’re not here for this one. Sorry.
James Trethewie
Odds: 7.00
We know that James Trethewie is an ambassador for Earth Hour and WWF Australia, and Brooke is a social worker, so the pair could connect on their mutually giving natures. We’re not saying no to these two hooking up in Paradise, but whether he can win her heart in the finale remains to be seen.
Richie Strahan
Odds: 4.50
We’re on the fence on this one. Richie Strahan is certainly proving a hit with the ladies in Paradise, which is evident from the love square he finds himself in, so it’s not to much of a stretch to think he also floats Brooke’s boat too. They’re both from WA, which would certainly make things a lot easier for a relationship on the outside, too. We’ll be watching this one very closely.
Cam Cranley
Odds: 3.30
We’re not buying it that the WA fire fighter will make a return to reality TV to find love. We also know that he announced a new relationship late last year and can’t see how he’d find time to fit in a quick trip to Fiji for filming. But, he’s high up in the Sportsbet ranking so we’ll never say never.
Alex Nation
Odds: 3.00
We know that Alex Nation and Brooke kiss on the show. That’s clear from one of the many trailers Channel Ten has been teasing us with. But whether the pair would make it through the show as a couple, we’re not fully convinced. Brooke is opening to dating both men and women, and Alex is the frontrunner at this stage, but let’s see whether the odds on this one change once the show hits our screens. We have a feeling they might.
