For most of the season, eliminations and challenges have been shaped by the mysterious panel of Superfans, a small group selected by production to vote on dumpings, recouplings and special decisions.
But in the finale, power officially shifts back to the Australian public. Fans can vote via the official Love Island Australia website, choosing the pair they believe deserves the title, and, of course, the prize money. As always, the finale ends with the classic Love Island twist: will the winning couple split the cash, or will someone be tempted to steal?

as Love Island Australia finishes airing its 2025 outings, there is no official announcement yet from the Nine Network or ITV Studios Australia confirming a new season for 2026.
That said, Love Island remains one of the most profitable and high-profile reality formats globally, with multiple Love Island formats already locked in for 2026 overseas (like Love Island: All Stars and other international spin-offs).
If Love Island Australia does come back in 2026, it’s safe to say you can expect more drama, fresh twists on coupling and challenges, and crossovers with international Islanders or All Stars themes.
