The bitter feud between former Married At First Sight brides Tash Herz and Amanda Micallef was one of the show’s most controversial plotlines during the 2020 season earlier this year.

The pair never got along from the get-go, leaving the series very early on after their tense break-up.
But the drama continued off-air, with the pair frequently making thinly-veiled jabs at one another on social media, particularly after Tash found love with model Madison Hewitt.
Now Tash has broken her silence on what really went down between her and Amanda in an extended Instagram post, claiming she was bullied and harassed by her former co-star.
“The person I was paired with was heavily slandering me to anyone who would listen; media, other reality stars, it was trickling back to me and I didn’t want to further incite the bullying (I was scared) and also didn’t want to stoop to her level and tried to remind myself it was coming from a place of pain,” Tash captioned her post.
“I contemplated serving her with harassment before deciding that eventually she would be her own undoing as people would have to see her true colours through her own behaviour.”
Tash said she had decided to go public with her experience after receiving lots of questions from American fans, who are currently watching the 2020 MAFS series as it airs in the US.
“I’m no longer scared. I want people to know what it was like for me, if they are curious or can’t understand through the editing and vilifying, what it was like to be constantly asked why you don’t want to be around someone that feels they are owed physical affection, love and fame no matter how many times you have explained, kindly, that you do not feel comfortable giving them that,” Tash wrote.
“Again, I will remind you all, YOU DO NOT OWE ANYONE PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL OR SPIRITUAL LOVE. Thank you to everyone that has supported me this year, it’s been a rumble.”
Tash’s fellow MAFS co-stars rallied around her and took to the post to leave several supportive comments.
Fellow bride Natasha Spencer wrote: “Blessed to of had you by my side 💕 proud of all the the growth you have achieved and how true to yourself you have always remained.”
Another bride, KC Osborne, also commented on the post, writing, “I got chills. I feel you girl 💓 proud of you beautiful soul 💓”
Jonethen Musulin commented with several affirmative hand-clapping emojis, while groom Mikey Pembroke commented “👌🔥🙏” on the post, and bride Aleks Markovic added three love heart emojis.
Back in August, Amanda was slammed by fans for asking her followers to help fund her move from Melbourne to the Gold Coast, as she attempted to “start a brand new life.”
She started a GoFundMe page and asked fans for financial assistance so she could move interstate, away from the Victorian capital, which is currently under Stage 4 lockdown.
“I have decided it’s time to start a brand new life and move from Melbourne to the Gold Coast,” Amanda wrote on the page.
Amanda specifically asked for money to fund her flights and to pay for the mandatory hotel quarantine bill that is charged to anyone leaving Victoria, as they isolate for 14 days in a hotel.
“This move won’t be cheap with flights for both myself and the cat which will need to be separated, hotel quarantine for me and pet hotel for [her cat] Smokey. Transporting my personal belongings along with my car across the borders and setting myself up in a new house,” she explained.
“I would love your help to help me make this happen.”
In less than 24 hours, Amanda’s fans had already donated $5000 towards her cause, with payments from fans including one anonymous $3000 donation and multiple donations of $100, $200 and even $500.
