Elizabeth has also been showing of her whopping 10kg weight loss since fans of Married At First Sight saw her on the reality show last year. As Lizzie prepares to appear for a second stint on the reality show, concerned fans have chimed in on the star’s Instagram comments.

Recently, the 28-year-old MAFS contestant shared a sultry, lip pouting image for her eager followers. The visibly thinner star instantly began receiving comments about her dramatic weight loss.

“You look too skinny – not trying to be mean, just worried,” one fan wrote.
