Wondering who has left the 2025 season of My Kitchen Rules? We’ve got you covered!
The eliminations have officially kicked off so read on to see which contestants have been sent home by judges Manu Feildel and Colin Fassnidge…
Who left My Kitchen Rules 2025?

Mark and Tan
Sadly, we saw Mark and Tan eliminated from the competition when their Thai fusion dishes just didn’t quite make the cut.
The pair had a total score of 56 out of 100, which made Danielle and Marko the final team to make it into the semi-finals.
Mark and Tan went into their final cook with confidence, serving up a Thai-inspired menu packed with bold flavours and creative flair. Their entrées, Pork and Prawn Dumplings with Thai Red Curry Sauce and Tuna Tartare with Fried Seaweed Crisps, hit the mark with both guests and judges, earning eights from Colin and Manu.
But while their starters set a strong tone, the magic didn’t quite carry through to the mains and by dessert, things had completely come undone.
Tan admitted: “It’s heartbreaking to hear we messed up and we’ve just got to pay the price.” Mark added: “We didn’t deliver tonight, but it’s been an awesome experience, so we’ll walk out with our heads held high.”

Michael and Rielli
At Kitchen HQ, Michael and Rielli went up against Danielle and Marko in a banquet-style challenge.
Michael and Rielli made Pulled Pork, Baby Back Ribs, Apple Slaw, and Rielli’s signature bread rolls for their main and Crème Brûlée Doughnuts for their dessert.
Danielle and Marko made Eye fillet with Chimichurri, Peppercorn sauce, Duck Fat Potatoes, Mushrooms and Spinach for their main and Banoffee Pie for their dessert.
In the end, Michael and Rielli scored 21 points in total while Danielle and Marko scored 22 – meaning Michael and Rielli were sent home.
“I cannot believe the MKR journey is over. So ridiculously close, but absolutely no regrets,” an emotional Rielli said upon her and Michael’s elimination.

Anne and Maree
Anne and Maree and Lol and Lil went head-to-head in Kitchen HQ in an intense elimination challenge.
Both teams were given three hours to prepare two-course banquet; Anne and Maree made Lamb shoulder, Lemon potatoes, Dolmades, Greek salad and Tzatziki, and Greek Ekmek Kataifi while Lol and Lil made Roast Chicken, Vegetables, Yorkshire pudding, and gravy, and a Profiterole tower.
In the end, Anne and Maree were sent home as they scored 19 out of 30 – two points behind Lol and Lil’s 21 out of 30.
After they were eliminated, an emotional Anne said to Maree, “Thank you for doing this with me, allowing me to live out my dream.”
Maree simply said, “We are going to go home with our heads held high. The fact that we even got chosen to do this – we are winners.”

Amy and Lara
Gatecrashers Amy and Lara were eliminated from My Kitchen Rules after the second Instant Restaurant round.
The mums started strong with their entrée – scoring a nine and eight out of 10 from Manu and Colin – but then stress got the better of them.
As a result, Amy and Lara received a three and two for their main and two fives for their dessert.
The low scores, combined with a team score of 26 out of 50, left Amy and Lara at the bottom of the leaderboard with a total of 58 points.
Amy said she felt “mortified, embarrassed and gutted” when she and Lara were sent home.

Mel and Jacinta
Mel and Jacinta were the first team from the 2025 season to be eliminated.
After the first Instant Restaurant round, the cousins were at the bottom of the leaderboard with a combined score of 50.
And so, they were sent home.
