It’s time to get your guessing skills ready – The Masked Singer Australia is officially back for 2023!
In exciting news, Ten has confirmed that the newest season of the fan-favourite show will be returning to our screens at 7:30 p.m. on September 11, 2023.

Returning to guide audiences through the world of costumes and karaoke are judges Abbie Chatfield, Chrissie Swan, Mel B, and Dave Hughes.
Chatfield was the first judge to break the news that The Masked Singer Australia would be returning for a fifth season, writing to Instagram in May 2023, “WE’RE COMING BACK BABY!!”
“I am so thrilled to announce that [The Masked Singer Australia] is having me back for another season!!! Can’t wait to start filming and for all the silly backstage antics,” Chatfield continued.
In the months following Chatfield’s announcement, fans of the series have eagerly awaited any news surrounding the series’ return, with many beginning to speculate about the latest lineup of secret celebrity singers.
Fortunately for fans, The Masked Singer Australia has dropped a number of contestant clues in the lead-up to the show’s first episode.
From Grammy-winning global superstars to Hollywood heartthrobs, The Masked Singer Australia is anticipated to be one of the show’s most star-studded seasons to date!
Touted as The Masked Singer Australia’s most surprising reveal yet, many fans have already begun to share their guesses for the voice behind the dazzling Space Fairy.
“Tones and I maybe?” wrote one fan.
“Charli Robinson from Hi-5,” commented another.
While we may have to wait a little longer to uncover Space Fairy’s identity, judge Dave Hughes has already sung her praises, telling the audience that she is “one of the best singers to be on any series of The Masked Singer.”
