The former Bachelorette is joined by none other than her sister, Kris Ross, and the lifestyle series, brought to audiences by Channel Seven, is titled My Road to Adventure.

Sam and Kris will travel via a motor home along Victoria’s iconic Great Ocean Road.

The 32-year-old spoke to Herald Sun about her new role.

“We are so excited to join the My Road to Adventure crew again — and this time we’ll be making the trek to the Great Ocean Rd in Victoria.

“The Great Ocean Road means a lot to our family and holds a special place in my heart. I can’t wait to revisit,” said Sam.

This isn’t the first time the sisters have worked on the series they previously travelled to Fraser Island and Hervey Bay in Queensland.

Sam filmed her last scenes for the Home and Away in December after deciding to leave the show to move back to Melbourne and be closer to her family.

She took to her Believe by Sam Frost Instagram account to explain her choice alongside a picture of a retweet about Ash Barty’s decision to step away from tennis to work on her mental health.

“I quit my dream job at Home and Away to look after my mental health. I needed to take a step back, go home and be with my family,” Sam began.

“And most importantly, take good care of my health and well-being. I now spend the days with the people I love, doing the things I’ve always wanted to do but couldn’t because I was too busy working.

“I spent 4.5 years being a distant friend, a distant girlfriend, a sister who couldn’t be there for big milestone moments. Now, I’m making up for lost time.”

The blonde beauty continued to explain her priorities changed, and she wanted to focus on the more important things in life, which work has taken her attention away from.

“I’m prioritising my health and my relationships. Sometimes I wake up and panic about money, work and being able to afford my mortgage… but then I remind myself the importance of putting our mental health first, and taking time out to heal our mind, body & soul.
