Sarah Wilson opens up about her struggle to find love

The I Quit Sugar author shares her heartbreak.

Sarah Wilson has found success in her multimillion-dollar business empire and her career as a journalist, however, she has revealed there’s one part of her life that’s proved to be challenging – finding a soul mate.

“Solitude is something I enjoy. Some people would argue I have too much of it,” the I Quit Sugar founder told the Whimn website.

“The process of commitment and true compromise of being in a relationship — that is my final frontier, it’s a big one.”

In the author’s newest book — First, We Make The Beast Beautiful — she discusses anxiety and reveals it make encouraged her to be honest with herself about her own struggles with mental health.

“I convinced myself — and everybody around me — that it’s all good, (but) writing the book held a mirror up to things. I had to face up to my illness,” she said.

However, the 43-year-old former Sydney Sider now resides in Airbnb accommodation and pops her most prized positions in a few suitcases as she travels around Europe.

“Some people give up. I think life is sacred. Fire the f … up. Don’t let life slip by and be a passenger,” she said.
